Consultation Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in booking a consultation service with Steph Cook Interiors Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

This document sets out the key terms for the service so that everything is clear before you book.

By confirming and paying for your consultation, you agree to the Terms below.

1. About the Service

Our consultation service is designed for clients who want expert design advice without engaging in a full design service. Details of what is included in each consultation service can be found on the ‘Services’ page.

2. Booking, Payment & Extensions

• Consultation fees vary depending on service chosen, with fees payable in full at the time of booking.

• Your date and time will be confirmed once payment has been received.

• Payments are non-refundable, but sessions can be rescheduled as outlined below.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• You may reschedule your consultation once, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice by email to hello@stephcookinteriors.com.

• If we ever need to rearrange, we’ll offer you an alternative time that suits you.

4. Technical Issues

If technical difficulties prevent a remote consultation from taking place as planned (for example, internet connection issues or software failure), we’ll do our best to resolve them promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved, the session will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

5. What’s included

• The ‘Services’ page provides full details of what is included in each type of consultation.

• The service is for advice and guidance only – implementation and purchasing decisions remain your responsibility.

• Any suppliers or products mentioned are recommendations only, and we don’t accept responsibility for their quality or availability.

If you would like further advice or design input following your Consultation, this can be arranged by booking further sessions . If you require something that is more bespoke, please enquire for pricing.

6. Preparing for Your Consultation

Ahead of the consultation, you will be sent a questionnaire to gather relevant information. Additionally, please send any photos, floorplans, or questions at least three working days before your appointment. This ensures the time is focused on what matters most to you. If you do not complete a questionnaire or relevant

material in advance, the consultation can still go ahead, but bear in mind that time may be spent collecting information from you.

7. Client Materials & Intellectual Property

Any images, plans, or information you share may be retained securely for internal reference or to inform future design services you may request. I will never share these materials without your consent.

All advice, ideas, and created materials shared remain the intellectual property of Steph Cook Interiors Ltd. You may use them for your personal project only.

Our advice is given in good faith and based on the details you provide. We cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or cost arising from how our advice is implemented.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms and forms a binding agreement between you and Steph Cook Interiors Ltd.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled through the English courts.
